This Chinese almond chicken recipe is one of the quick recipes I like to use often. When I think of easy dinner recipes, it comes into my mind, nutritious and delicious. I love it!
Heat oil in wok over medium heat. Add almonds and toss until browned. Remove and set aside.
Add chicken to wok and stir 3 minutes.
Mix cooking wine, soy sauce, cornstarch, sugar and ginger in a bowl. Add into chicken and then stir until thickened.
Add snow peas, onion and almonds. Stir. Heat thoroughly and then serve with rice.
